Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required for all customized orders with the balance due prior to ship-out. The issuance of a deposit constitutes your acceptance of these terms.



Lead-time

In general, please allow 4-7 weeks from the date of deposit and then 3-5 days shipping time for most orders. You will be told at the time of ordering what the approximate lead time is.Timing is approximate because of the nature of custom work;we are not selling pre-made products, everything, unless stated otherwise is made to size for you.

Rush orders when possible are completed in half the normal stated time, for instance 4-7 weeks becomes 2-3 weeks plus shipping time (a delivery date can be missed due to delays by the shipping company).If we are unable to complete the product in the 'rush time' you will be refunded the rush charge and the product will revert to normal delivery.This occassionally happens because of the nature of custom work even though we make every effort to fulfil your order in this time period.



Changes/Cancellations

Once your order has been placed, any changes will be subject to our ability to do so based on where we are in the fabrication process. Any changes must be submitted and approved in writing. Additional charges may apply. Any cancellation after the order is placed may result in the loss of all or part of your deposit on that item. Materials are procured as soon as your deposit is received. Each product is crafted specially for you, therefore we are generally not able to accept cancellations or returns once an order is placed.



Shipping Information:

When your order arrives, be prepared to open the carton(s) and inspect the items carefully at once. Any damage must be noted on the freight bill at the time of delivery. If there is damage and your delivery is by Fed-Ex or UPS, you must keep the packaging to be inspected at a later date for the claim process. It is your responsibility to note on your signed Delivery copy any damage or defects at the time of delivery. Iron Forge is not liable for shipping damages. If damage occurred during shipping, you must file a claim with the carrier. Please note that Iron Forge will send out a touch up kit if there is any damage to the finish in shipping. If there is an error in the product please retain the original shipping carton and notify our office within 7 business days so that we can resolve the situation as soon as possible. If it is necessary to return an item for adjustment, standard-ground delivery will be used.

A packaging/handling fee will be applied to each order.

Shipping charges are based on the origin zip code from our shop to the customer’s shipping address, as well as the dimensions of the packaging.
